Pride and Pedigree is located in downtown Oakland, California. Our facility has over 7000 square feet of seismically retrofitted heated space for your dog's comfort, care, and leisure. The facilities are monitored 24 hours a day with surveillance cameras that are accessed by the management. We offer services to cater to the needs of your dog and engage your dog in activities throughout the day.

Services include:

	Our play areas are divided according to dog sizes and play styles and feature high quality, insulated rubber flooring to further aid in providing comfort and safety for your dog. We are a smaller sized daycare and provide a very personalized service.
	Our focus is on small playgroups allowing intensive staff guidance for appropriate interactions. This allows us to give each dog more attention and really know each dog as an individual. Each day care staff person supervises 10 dogs or less and we emphasize providing stimulating activities for your dog. Activities your dog will participate in include: • daily obedience exercises • agility course activities • story time • massage/T-Touch • tricks These activities are important as they provide a variety of activities and help reinforce good manners and confidence.
	Sirius Dog training provides training and puppy classes at Pride and Pedigree in the evenings. Please refer to their website at www.siriuspup.com for the current class schedule.
	Pride and Pedigree promotes a gentle, holistic philosophy to dog care. We use flower essences as well as earth friendly products and cleansers.
	For those "party animals", Pride and Pedigree is available for "pup parties", as well as seminars and events. Please contact us for further details and pricing.
